Retired USAF E9. Last occupation: metrology (not meteorology). Served overseas in Korea, Morocco, Puerto Rico, Thailand and Germany. Retired UGA EDD. Field: Curriculum Developer for Georgia's secondary and post secondary occupational courses. Likes home, car, art (mixed media) projects, fishing in Port Saint Lucie, FL and traveling with family and friends, (Italy [09], Central America, Canal Zone and Canada [10], England [11], Greece [12] Western Caribbean [14], Holy Land [15] and Alaska [15]). Married to Wilma McMahan for 48 years at the time of her death [06]. One daughter, Lynette Sappé-Watkins, who lives with her husband William W. Watkins III, and sons, Sean and Evan in Vienna, Virginia. Hoyt Attends Tuckston United Methodist Church and has been actively involved in the Club's support of Our Daily Bread and Club fund raising projects.
