Jim
Allison grew up on a small mix production farm in Brevard, NC. He
attended Clemson and Cornell Universities. Jim was an instructor in
Biological and Agricultural Engineering at The University of Georgia for
30+ years. He has been a member of the Club since 1994.
During these years he has held several offices including President,
Program Chair and web master. He is active in Princeton United Methodist
Church of Athens, Ga. At the church he serves as the churches'
coordinator of disaster missions. He and his wife also participate
in the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Athens. He spends
time each year as a member of the churches mission team rebuilding homes
in various parts of the USA. He and his wife Marilyn have two children and two
granddaughters. |
